Potty Success Academy Course Service Agreement

This Potty Success Academy Course Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the purchaser of the Potty Success Academy course (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser") and My Parenting Solutions (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").

By purchasing the Potty Success Academy course, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  1. Course Material Usage and Ownership

1.1 The course material provided by the Provider, including but not limited to videos, guides, and any other course content (hereinafter referred to as the "Course Material"), is the exclusive property of the Provider. The Purchaser acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, related to the Course Material are owned by the Provider.

1.2 The Purchaser agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, sell, modify, or create derivative works of the Course Material, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Provider. The Course Material is solely for the personal use of the Purchaser and may not be passed on to any third party, whether for free or for payment.

  1. Access to the Course

2.1 The Purchaser acknowledges that access to the Potty Success Academy course is granted solely for the benefit of the individual who purchased the course.

2.2 The Purchaser agrees not to share or transfer their access credentials, username, or password to any other person or entity.

2.3 The Provider reserves the right to revoke the Purchaser's access to the course at any time if there is evidence of unauthorized sharing or transfer of access credentials.

  1. Guarantees and Limitations

3.1 The Provider cannot guarantee the success or effectiveness of the Potty Success Academy course in potty training the Purchaser's child. The success of potty training is influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the child's age, stage of development, physical maturity, and personal circumstances.

3.2 The Purchaser understands and acknowledges that individual results may vary, and the Provider shall not be held liable for any outcomes or lack thereof resulting from the use of the Potty Success Academy course.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranty

4.1 The Potty Success Academy course is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. The Provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

 

By purchasing the Potty Success Academy course, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
